You have up to 28 days (4 weeks) from the date of delivery to request a refund. If more than 28 days have passed since you received your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Processing Your Refund

Exceptions

Please note that refunds are only available for defective products or items that are wrong upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
